The Flexa-quick range of flexible conduits for electrical wiring installations feature push-on connectors and end fittings which can also be easily attached and removed without the need for specialist tools.

Installation procedures are simplified, showing appreciable savings on site assembly times.

These conduits are ideally suited to efficient and cost effective wiring installations on modern machinery and equipment and can be combined with rigid conduits for final connections to wall, floor and ceiling mounted products within buildings.

The polyamide materials used for manufacture are halogen free as well as flame retardant and self extinguishing, suitable for use on rolling stock and mobile plant even where used underground.

A wide range of conduit to conduit and conduit to bulkhead termination connectors can be supplied.

Fittings are simply pushed onto the corrugated conduit to a built-in stop.

All fittings feature an automatic locking mechanism which provides a high pull-out load with sealing up to IP67, depending upon the fittings being used.

To remove, it is only necessary to use finger pressure to retract the full annular locking ring and the conduit can be easily withdrawn.

Both fittings and conduit can be assembled and dis-assembled repeatedly without detriment to the efficiency of either the mechanical joint or the sealing qualities.

A wide range of conduit sizes providing IP68 level of sealing are available up to 54.5mm outside diameter.

These can be supplied in a number of material specifications to suit varying application requirements including UV-resistant for outdoor use.
