The K series clamps are designed for 3 or 4 cables in the 10 - 32mm diameter size which can be mounted in flat runs on either horizontal or vertical planes.
These can also be tiered or layered for 6 or 8 cables for maximum density in any cable installation.
Cable clamps can be supplied for cable centre settings of 38, 41, 44 or 65mm, with optional clamp sizes to provide alternative cable row spacings.
All clamps are used with mounting plates incorporating stud bolts, with mounting holes for positive location fixing and cable clamping.
Also available are the KHF series clamps, designed for single insulated power cables, 3 cables mounted in triangular formation, or 4 cables arranged in a diamond shape.
These comprise a fixing base used with a self-locating sliding top clamp which provides good cable range-taking facilities.
These are rugged structures, capable of withstanding top load forces up to 25kN for the largest sizes.
Seven cable clamp sizes are available for the single mounting, covering cable sizes from 16 to 110mm diameter.
Three size cable clamps are available for triangular formation mounting cover cable sizes from 24 - 50mm diameter.
A single cable clamp for diamond formation mounting covers 24 - 33mm diameter cables.
It is claimed that the triangular cable formation ensures a magnetic field emission level of no greater than 100 micro Tesla at 20cm radius.
The cable clamps are moulded from black polyamide 6 GV and are short circuit tested.
The material is suited for indoor and outdoor mounting, at temperatures from -40 to +120C.
It is also resistant to oil, grease and both ozone and UV radiation.
All clamps can accommodate individual cable loads up to 600amp and are supplied with appropriate length stainless steel screws (in 6, 8 or 10m thread sizes), together with nuts and washers.
Profiled metal mounting channel can also be supplied for use with all products.
