Cable clamps provide fast, versatile setup
Using just two fasteners and a self-locating sliding top clamp, single or multiple cable arrangements can be connected to a mounting plate in a matter of seconds.
Suction systems clear challenging substances
Ringler suction extraction devices can remove metal chip cuttings, including very hot materials, together with granulate, gravel, sludge, water, coolant and oils.
This innovative system, which features a split grommet for rapid and simple assembly, is suitable for a whole host of cable connecting devices such as valves, conventional D-type connectors, RS232 connectors and other computer peripherals such as mouse controllers and printers.
Other uses can also found in measuring, servo and bus applications, with installations achieved without compromising the integrity of the pre-assembled cables.
KVT glands are available in three sizes, and selection is governed by the bore hole entry size required to accommodate the cable end fittings.
The glands are used with single or multiple split-rubber grommets which can be supplied with a wide range of through piercings to cover cables from 3 to 34mm O/D sizes.
Plastic or rubber sheathed, ASI and metal braided cables can all be accommodated, with IP54 protection achieved as standard.
The flexibility and simplicity of the KVT system is particularly suited to the requirements of system integrators, control panel or machine builders, and electrical installation companies across many UK industries including automotive and construction.
This system is claimed to lead its sector for prefabricated cable entry technology.
With safety in mind, KVT has been designed to offer high chemical resistance, with a flammability rating of UL94V0 (self-extinguishing) and is free of halogen and silicone.
A further innovation of the range is KVT-Snap, a split cable gland that requires no tools whatsoever, ensuring that speed and ease of assembly is maximised.
KVT-Snap can be used on existing female threads and is again available in three sizes, with entry hole diameters ranging from 25.8 to 55.8mm.
An icotek thread ring can also be supplied for mountings involving thin sheet metal.
KVT is available with a full range of supporting accessories, such as prepierced rubber cable grommets and blind grommets (in black or grey), together with piercing plugs (natural colour), which can be used prior to cable installation.
