Using just two fasteners and a self-locating sliding top clamp, single or multiple cable arrangements can be connected to a mounting plate in a matter of seconds.

Polyamide cable clamps from Buttkereit are used by control system integrators, machine builders and panel builders across a growing number of UK industries.

The clamps are designed to hold and support a multitude of different power cables used in various applications.

The key to their success is the comprehensive range on offer, combined with ease of installation and assembly.

Using just two fasteners and a self-locating sliding top clamp, single or multiple cable arrangements can be connected to a mounting plate in a matter of seconds.

The clamps are moulded from black polyamide 6GV and are suitable for use inside or outside, even in hostile operating environments.

They are also resistant to grease, oil, UV and ozone radiation and can accommodate cable loads up to 600A and function in temperatures ranging from -40 to +120C.

The KHF single-aperture clamps come in a wide selection of sizes and are suitable for single insulated cable diameters ranging from 16 up to 100mm.

The clamp footprint ranges from 66 x 21 to 182 x 80mm.

Larger clamps are also available that accept multiple cables.

These can be configured in three-cable triangular or four-cable diamond arrangements within a single enclosure aperture.

The triangular cable formation emits a magnetic field level of no more than 100 micro Tesla at 200mm radius and all clamps are rated to a short circuit resistance load of 25kN.

Additionally, the K series clamp is designed for use with insulated power cables installed in series or multiple cable layers.

These can be arranged in a wide combination of configurations, for example, with two blocks to accept three cables (10-32mm in diameter), in flat runs on either horizontal or vertical planes, or with three-tiered or layered blocks to accept six to eight cables.

Polyamide cable clamps can be supplied for cable centre settings of 38, 41, 44 or 65mm, with optional clamp sizes to provide alternative cable row spacing.

All clamps come with mounting plates incorporating stainless steel stud bolts, nuts and washers.
