The latest edition of BS EN ISO 9000 has just been published, BS EN ISO 9000:2005, 'Quality management systems, Fundamentals and vocabulary'.
The latest edition of BS EN ISO 9000 has just been published, BS EN ISO 9000:2005, 'Quality management systems, Fundamentals and vocabulary'.
Following feedback fRom users, the 2005 edition is now easier to understand with some definitions being amended.
The revised standard includes about 15 new or revised terms, which have come fRom standards such as: ISO 19011 (Auditing), 10 terms; ISO 10012 (Measurement assurance), 2 terms; ISO 10005 (Quality Plans), 1 term; ISO 10007 (Configuration management), 1 term; and ISO 10019 (Management consultants), 1 term.
It is also now available in a choice of format.
Hardcopy: a loose-leaf version, printed and hole-punched on A4 paper, price £74* or £37 for BSI Subscribing Members.
CD-Rom: the QMS CD-Rom contains all three parts of the BS EN ISO 9000 family of standards.
The CD-Rom contains the newly revised BS EN ISO 9000:2005 plus BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 9004:2000 in PDF format.
