Tool supplier re-launches brand
From 1st April 2007, Britool will carry out stage one of its relaunch, releasing a brand new range of high-quality and competitively priced socket sets.
David Osborne, Head of Marketing for Britool, said: "The professional tightening tools market is highly competitive, therefore it is vitally important as the leading player that we constantly expand and improve our range to satisfy the needs of our customers".
The extended range covers metric, AF and Whitworth and continues to feature the high standard of finish, offering superior corrosion protection.
All the sockets in the Britool range are cold forged giving a far stronger socket that is less likely to split under high loads and less likely to have chrome flaking problems.
The socket also moves the point of the drive further away from the corner of the fastener and significantly increases the load that can be applied without rounding off the head or risking the socket slipping.
