Fracture modelling software explained
Half-day seminar and three-day training course explain applications and advantages of fracture modelling software.
Beasy has announced the dates and venues for this spring's fracture course and seminar Beasy holds regular courses and free half-day seminars throughout the year to provide an overview of the benefits and solutions available from Beasy and a hands-on workshop where delegates can try out their particular application of interest with Beasy technical support staff on hand

This year Beasy is holding the first seminar in Birmingham, and the 3-day course will be held at the traditional venue in Southampton.
The free half-day seminar on "Fracture modelling - applications in the aerospace and related industries" will be held on 14th March 2007, at Birmingham Airport, UK.
Delegates will: discover what's new in fracture modelling and crack growth simulation; learn how to predict crack behaviour and how the crack wizard can be used to simplify the process of crack modelling and assessment; and participate in an interactive workshop and discuss applications relevant to their industry.
The 3-day course on "Fracture and failure modelling" will run from 17th to 19th April 2007 in Southampton, UK.
Delegates will: experience hands-on training using Beasy software and solving problems; learn how to automatically initiate a crack in a model, calculate SIF data and perform a crack growth simulation; and have opportunities to discuss in detail applications relevant to their industry with Beasy engineers.
Participants on Beasy courses also receive: a set of course notes (on CD-ROM), a one month trial of the software, and a Beasy user guide on CD-ROM.
