Cadar Measurement Solutions has recently introduced for 2001 the latest model F40 Shaft gauge Incorporating a number of additional features, the gauge is now the most flexible, cost effective solution on the market for the automated measurement of shafts
The gauge hardware has been redesigned to increase accuracy.
In addition the gauge software has also been updated and now includes capability for measuring radial forms.
This allows the gauge to measure gear flutes and hexagonal forms, thus widening still further the variety of components the gauge can accommodate, eg camshafts, crankshafts, driveshafts: in fact almost any cylindrical shaft.
