Camozzi Pneumatics launches Series CLR regulators

A Camozzi Pneumatics product story

Camozzi Pneumatics has expanded its range of automation solutions with the introduction of the Series CLR micro pressure regulators.

The regulators are available with 1/8 and 1/4 ports and weigh 35g and 50g respectively.

Their lightweight nature stems from their reduced dimensions and the techno-polymer banjo.

Series CLR is typically used in-line between a valve and actuator, but it provides the design engineer with many mounting options.

With a threaded top part of the body both direct mounting to a valve outlet (1/8 and 1/4 threads) and panel mounting are easily facilitated.

Due to the direct mounting option and the fact that these pressure regulators are shaped like flow regulators a space-saving solution is ensured.

The pressure is regulated by turning the polymer knob with a locking nut available to set the desired output.

Outlet pressures range from 0.5 to 10 bar with inlet pressures from 2 to 10 bar.

High flow rates are also exhibited (1/8 = 160Nl/min and 1/4 = 270Nl/min) making Series CLR micro pressure regulators suitable for a range of automation applications.
