Pocket VibrA ProV5 is a revolutionary low-cost easy-to-use portable vibration analyser for predictive maintenance.

C-Cubed made quite an impact at Maintec 2006 with the launch of Pocket VibrA ProV5, its revolutionary low-cost easy-to-use portable vibration analyser for predictive maintenance The unit is both powerful and simple to use, allowing users to view and record vibration data from asset measurement points

The vibration data can be automatically transferred to a PC and trended using the included FreeTrend software.

Pocket VibrA is designed to show up machine faults such as unbalance, misalignment and looseness, and also gives simple and clear indications of bearing quality, based on internationally accepted methods.

Alarms, warnings and normal data are colour-coded for easy viewing and assets can be automatically set up using a simple "wizard".

It is only necessary to tell the wizard the type of asset (motor, pump, fan etc) and its running speed to set up the measurement points and alarm levels.

FreeTrend can also record other process parameters (such as temperatures, pressures, comments) that can be entered into the Pocket VibrA unit and trended on the desktop PC.

FreeTrend also has report generation at the click of a mouse button and automatically produces editable Word documents.
