Hawk IR International, has released the Ex|CAM AF-series infra-red cameras designed to be explosion proof for hazardous locations.
Ex|CAM AF series can be permanently installed within Class 1 Division 1 and Class 2 Division 1 areas without the need for complex and expensive continuous purge systems.
Extensive testing alongside third-party body SIRA certification has determined the cameras harsh environment withstand capabilities.
An "off the shelf" solution, the Ex|CAM AF series can be simply incorporated into existing CCTV networks for hazardous(explosive) atmosphere thermal monitoring in all weathers.
It offers an IP66 ingress protection rating, a robust CLIRVU-Ex broadband optic and sunshield and air-knife options.
