Imaging system captures 200 IR images a second
Using a continuously rotating filter wheel, synchronised with the FPA detector, the Orion captures a single snap-shot image for each filter position, enabling true multispectral imaging.
Infra-red camera spots material stresses
The Altair Li system can be used to rapidly determine the material's fatigue limit and provide information on the damage mechanism involved.
Benefiting from the latest uncooled microbo1ometer focal plane array technology, operating in the 8-12um waveband, the new handheld Ruby night vision camera uses advanced image processing algorithms to provide leading-edge sharp and clear images.
Using a focal plane array of 320 x 240 pixels the Ruby camera offers a best-of-class thermal sensitivity of less than 80mK meaning that an intruder can be detected at a typical range of 1km.
Small and lightweight in design the operational utility of the Ruby is also aided by binocular viewing and the high brightness and contrast of the IR image display.
Packaged in a sealed unit the new Jade UC offers IP54 standard protection against the ingress of rain and humidity.
This makes it the perfect IR camera for outdoor surveillance applications.
All camera features may be remotely controlled through USB 2.0, Camlink or RS232C standard protocols enabling the Jade UC to easily interface and operate with PC's and third party frame grabbers.
Benefiting from a sensitive microbolometer focal plane array sensor the Jade UC infra-red camera is able to offer high sensitivity, low response time and good image resolution at a truly low price.
At this important meeting Cedip Infrared will also introduce the new Jade long range camera for surveillance and tracking applications, based on its advanced 320 x 240 MWIR focal plane array detector.
Incorporating camera and motorised optics in a compact housing the new system is well suited to outdoor measurements such as around flight test centres.
In addition Cedip Infrared will have on display the latest version of its large format, high performance Emerald camera for airborne imaging and long range surveillance applications together with the complete range of its well established Jade family of IR cameras.
For systems integrators looking for the latest electronic imaging modules for IR focal plane array detectors Cedip will display its affordable Cirrus, Cassiopea and Pegasus products. Request a free brochure from Cedip Infrared Systems ...
