This release uses the very latest compiler enhancements, resulting in up to a 20% speedup for Linux 64bit users.
Other enhancements include improvements to Star-CCM+'s already superior visualisation functionality, support of new hardware configurations and supercomputer message passing interfaces (MPIs).
Star-CCM+ 1.08 is the recommended upgrade for all 1.06 users.
