CFD software to break down barriers

A CD-adapco product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jan 12, 2007

At its 2007 European Conference, CD-adapco will introduce the first finite-volume CFD code capable of simulating industrial flow, thermal and stress problems in a single solver.

Until now, fluid dynamics and structural mechanics have been separate disciplines, divided by a disparate set of simulation tools and methodologies.

At its 2007 European Conference, CD-adapco will be demolishing the simulation barrier between flow and stress and introducing the first finite-volume CFD code capable of simulating industrial flow, thermal and stress problems in a single solver.

The programme at the conference will include presentations on CD-adapco key technologies and future developments, helping delegates stay up to date with the company's strategy.

Add in the ever popular technical workshops, an exhibition of the company's most closely integrated software and hardware partners, an audience of CAE experts and the Star Conference will be bigger and better than ever, with a packed agenda of user presentations.

In fact, the entire Star Conference is tailored around delegates getting the most information and value from the meeting and their investment in CD-adapco software.

Even the selection of demos that we run at the conference will be guided by delegates, and what they want to see.

The conference will be held on 19th and 20th March 2007 at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith.

All delegates who register for the conference by 26th January 2007 will be entered into a prize draw to win an I.Tech Virtual Keyboard.
