CDR Pumps has obtained 100% shareholding of the company, becoming entirely held by the Abordi family
CDR Pumps has obtained 100% shareholding of the company, becoming entirely held by the Abordi family.
Owner and Managing Director Maurizio Abordi says "To gain complete ownership of the company has been a lifelong dream for us, we have worked very hard over recent years to continue our growth".
CDR Pumps is planning to release self priming plastic pumps and larger nonmetallic pumps.
He says many of the company's recent successes have been a result of significant design improvements, component rationalisation, streamline manufacturing facilities and an ability to provide flexible delivery.
