Cedrat and Adapted Solutions have formed a strategic partnership that allows Cedrat to further its presence in the market of simulation software and Adapted Solutions strengthen its international activities.

Under the terms of the agreement Cedrat become the exclusive distributor of Portunus, the innovative software solution in the field of system design and analysis, thereby completing the range of simulation products for electrical engineering tasks offered by Grenoble based Cedrat.

Bruno Ribard, Chief Executive Officer of Cedrat describes his delight at the move: "I'm very happy about the agreement between Adapted Solutions and Cedrat.

This will allow us to strengthen the leading position of our group in the field of the modelling of electrical systems".
