Design software simplifies work

A Cedrat product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team May 16, 2007

Cedrat's Flux 10 helps users to design electrical motors, transformers, high-voltage systems and nondestructive evaluation processes.

Cedrat has released Flux Version 10, new generation of simulation solutions for electromagnetics and electromechanics.

Based on a finite elements method, Flux 10 helps users to design, analyse and optimise processes and devices such as electrical motors, transformers, high-voltage systems and nondestructive evaluation processes.

Flux 10 allows the user to define its own macros and interfaces to simplify its work, from geometry to results.

Motor overlays simplify preprocessing for electrical motors.

Flux 10 communicates easily with numerous tools to import geometry (Catia, PRO/E, Inventor, Autocad) and co-operates with system simulation (Simulink, Portunus).
