With the limited space available and a requirement for the high speed, short stroke action, the need for a hardwearing low friction and miniature seal section was paramount.

The choice of a high grade Carbon Fibre filled PTFE material was made and the seals designed to suit grooves of only 2.2mm wide.

The carbon fibre seal ring was energised by an O ring and the total compression optimised to maintain a sealing effect whilst offering the lowest friction possible.

Once designed the assembly couldn't be easier and it was all done in a 4 week time scale.

Once again Ceetak offering, a total solution, to a customers demanding application.
