Ceetak's Pneumatic Compound P5075 is suitable for all dynamic and static sealing systems which are working under high temperature variations and/or are exposed to low temperatures.
The P5075 polyurethane compound replaces the former P5031 compound providing improved low temperature behaviour, which at TR10 -54C, is far below average of common low temperature compounds.
The compounds excels with regard to cold flexibility and rebound resilience and, additionally, has an improved high temperature relaxation behaviour compared to the previous P5031 compound.
This, for instance allows passage through a car painting line without any undesirable settling of the seal.
P5075 is highly compatible with all common lubricants.
Due to the fact that P5075 compound has the same shrinking factor as our standard P5007 compound and the preceding P5031 compound, it is possible to produce a wide range of different profiles with any existing standard mould.
P5075 is suitable for all dynamic and static sealing systems which are working under high temperature variations and /or are exposed low temperatures.
Typical fields of application are piston and rod seals for pneumatics.
Due to its relatively low hardness, this compound is also suitable for diaphragms and bellows, which have to perform reliably at temperatures below zero centigrade and therefore require excellent low temperature flexibility.

Hardness: Shore A 80 + 3.
Temperature Range -45 to +80C short term.
Tensile Strength: 48.6N/nm2.
Ultimate Elongation: 583%.
Colour: ochre.
