Ceetak were asked by a major machine manufacturer to redesign their heat seal system incorporating Ceetak's very own LVH system but with key design modifications.

Ceetak were asked by a major machine manufacturer to redesign their heat seal system incorporating Ceetak's very own LVH system but with key design modifications.

This new system was retrofitted on an existing machine to eliminate the problems associated with their traditional systems.

The traditional system incorporated cartridge heaters, which radiated a lot of waste heat from a large metal blade.

Making it difficult to control.

Piped water through coolers were used which added cost and made the system static.

Ceetak's LVH system was designed into keep the temperature under control.

The unique constant heat system with miniature blade section and constant digital control enabled the removal of all ancillary cooling systems even when running at 220C reducing costs and giving the mobile machines enabling additional machines to be wheeled in to meet production requirements.
