The new Ceetak continuous rotary sealer relies on a similar rotary heater wheel to create high-integrity seals, to any length, for a variety of packaging applications, ranging from publishing and food processing to agriculture and construction.

The new, compact sealer features a constant heat system that minimises the heat dispersed into the surrounding environment by delivering accurate temperature control at the point of sealing.

This means there is significantly less energy loss and greater heat concentration along the highly conductive sealing film.

Ceetak's highly accurate system is therefore an extremely cost-effective, pollution-free sealing solution that remains intrinsically safe whatever demands are placed on it.

Yet, unlike conventional sealing systems, which seal either laminates or PE films, the new Ceetak continuous rotary system welds both via a simple-to-maintain unit that wastes less energy and therefore can use a low-voltage (maximum 40V) supply.

Unsurprisingly, the new sealer's adaptability, economy and accuracy make it ideal for packaging processes where system reliability and low operating costs are crucial.
