The new Ceetak continuous rotary sealer relies on a similar rotary heater wheel to create high-integrity seals, to any length, for a variety of packaging applications, ranging from publishing and food processing to agriculture and construction.
The new, compact sealer features a constant heat system that minimises the heat dispersed into the surrounding environment by delivering accurate temperature control at the point of sealing.
This means there is significantly less energy loss and greater heat concentration along the highly conductive sealing film.
Ceetak's highly accurate system is therefore an extremely cost-effective, pollution-free sealing solution that remains intrinsically safe whatever demands are placed on it.
Yet, unlike conventional sealing systems, which seal either laminates or PE films, the new Ceetak continuous rotary system welds both via a simple-to-maintain unit that wastes less energy and therefore can use a low-voltage (maximum 40V) supply.
Unsurprisingly, the new sealer's adaptability, economy and accuracy make it ideal for packaging processes where system reliability and low operating costs are crucial.
Since the new rotary sealer is available in a range of sizes and seal bar/anvil configurations, it can meet a variety of sealing requirements presented by a number of industry sectors including publishing, food processing and agriculture.
"Its unique design", Andrew Kownacki, Technical Director at Ceetak, explained, "means the Ceetak continuous rotary sealer can be applied almost anywhere and requires only a minimum level of maintenance.
Its tough, compact circular heating element is ideally suited for packaging applications that require economic and safe sealing".
The Ceetak continuous rotary sealer is easy to incorporate into existing production systems thanks to its pre-assembled power supply, simple mounting requirements and compatible controllers which also reduce setup times.
With Ceetak's quality guarantee, CE certification and free on-site survey, the Ceetak continuous rotary sealer is the practical alternative to impulse and cartridge sealing.
