With the nominal torque range now extended from 0.2Nm to 8800Nm in twenty housing sizes (22mm to 350mm) Centa Servogears meet the demands of highly dynamic, high accuracy positioning drive applications where low inertia and high torsional stiffness are essential requirements.

Designed as planetary gearheads for stepper and servo motors or supplied as self-contained gearboxes with primary input shaft, the units offer a choice of backlash options, dependent on size, from 30 arc min, to a very precise 0.5 arc min and will accept peak input speeds up to 10,000 rpm.

Reduction ratios are from 3:1 to 1000:1, Centa Transmissions also offer custom engineered designs for special applications.
