Engineered polymer bonnet assembly is compatible with aseptic and sanitary diaphragm valves and is manufactured in high performance polyaryl amide polymer.

Crane Process Flow Technologies has launched an engineered polymer bonnet assembly that is compatible with its Saunders HC4 aseptic and sanitary diaphragm valves.

Manufactured in high performance polyaryl amide polymer (Para), the bonnet has been designed to meet the needs of the clean processing industries.

Capable of withstanding normal washdown protocols, the compact, lightweight bonnet complement the Saunders diaphragm valves.

"Current processing trends indicate a growing requirement for an engineered bonnet that streamlines product selection and is cost effective", said David Birch, Crane's HC4 Product Manager.

"The new Para bonnet range effectively meets this demand and improved specifications ensure reliable, repeatable performance".

The manual diaphragm valve bonnets are available in sizes from DN15 (1.27cm) to DN50 (5.1cm) and are suitable for use with Saunders standard two way, Zero Deadleg and Bio Block diaphragm valves.
