A new internet-based system allows tracking of any maintenance carried out on an asset, including logging of parts used, parts cost, labour cost, details of the repair, dates and times, etc

Ceetak Engineering has now fully launched the Smartpart asset maintenance software onto the Internet.

SmartPart stands for Spare Management And Rationalisation Technology, for the purpose of asset management and spare parts management.

SmartPart has fully logging capabilities allowing tracking of any maintenance and repairs carried out on the asset, including logging of parts used, parts cost, labour cost, details of the repair, dates and times etc.

Each asset has the ability to have its own online parts list and associated technical data inlcuding, operational data, usage, setup, manufacturers data, sectional drawings, performance related documents.

Utilising the Internet all this information can be pulled up on to PC screen no matter where you are, 24 hours a day.

Full data reporting is available within the software, calculating, amount of repairs between two dates, totals by manufacturer, parts used, total costings for each asset, virtually any report can be generated from the data held on the server.
