Ceram has announced its forthcoming 'Materials Analysis and Consultancy in the Healthcare Sector' event.

Talks will be presented by Ceram's materials experts on topics ranging from surface analysis and characterisation to cleanliness and validation approaches.

The one-day event is free to attend and will be held on Thursday 15 October 2009 at Ceram, Stoke-on-Trent, UK.

An expert from a leading consumer healthcare company will discuss the different types of surface analysis that Ceram has undertaken, including the use of DSIMS and white light interferometry, explaining how this work has supported the science to underpin the healthcare company's products in the market with both consumers and professionals.

Presentations will also be given by leading materials analysis experts from Ceram, and an afternoon of networking will end with a series of one-on-one consultancy sessions where delegates can 'meet the experts' in a confidential setting.

The event is aimed at all healthcare industry sectors including medical devices, pharma and consumer healthcare.
