Chiron Werke machine tool users can benefit from the combined services that both companies offer.
Richard Blake, Director of Chiron Werke UK explained.
"Most of our customers have the engineering capability to support their own business but need extra technical help to develop their capability in meeting new demands from their customers".
"This new partnership offers a complete technical package that effectively removes barriers to growth and significantly reduces their risk and overheads when taking on new contracts".
Chiron Werke and CenitDesktop deliver a complete machine and software production solution that is ready to work.
Machines can be set up and CNC codes developed and programmed directly from OEMs' Catia models.
This service ensures that customers' engineers can concentrate on their own expertise rather than struggling with noncore activities.
The package includes development of all pre-engineering including time studies, cutter paths, design and manufacture of fixtures and clamps, as well as CNC programming and machine use optimisation.
Geoff Haines CenitDesktop MD said: "Customers in aerospace, autosport, automotive and in some medical applications using high speed five-axis machining centres can take delivery of a turnkey solution, custom built and programmed to meet their needs at a guaranteed fixed cost and time scale - in other words we are offering a known deliverable".
The contracts offered by the alliance are designed to mitigate users' risk when taking on work which requires skills that are not available in-house.
By offering a guaranteed production solution Chiron Werke and CenitDesktop share their customers' risk while offering significant expertise based on many years of experience working with OEMs and their subcontractors. Request free introductory details about products from Desktop Engineering ...
