Copa-Data has launched a new website for international customers with members-only support and information in multiple languages, beginning with English and German.

Independent European HMI/Scada trailblazer Copa-Data has launched a new website for international customers with members-only support and information in multiple languages, beginning with English and German.

This is part of the software innovator's globalisation process; in the words of Alexander Punzenberger, Vice President of Global Sales: "We have been operating internationally since the 90s, increasing export sales by 278% in recent years".

"This website is one piece in the jigsaw of our strategic repositioning which will present Copa-Data as what we really are - international trailblazers in industrial automation software".

The new website showcases the use of zenOn software throughout the world, in applications as diverse as a shoe warehouse in the UK and the Munich Allianz arena.

"We wanted potential customers to understand at first glance that Copa-Data are operating worldwide in many diverse markets", added Eva Plainer, responsible for the website's design.

Expanded international support is particularly important for Copa-Data, who have a steadily growing distributor network in countries such as China, having founded Copa-Data Middle East in 2004 and more recently Copa-Data USA this year.

The website includes a members-only area with improved web based support that includes a knowledge base, support forums and software downloads.

The Austrian software innovators are also considering integrating live online training into the member's area for customers.
