Vessels keep corrosive solutions confined

A Chem Resist Group product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Mar 29, 2006

All-thermoplastic chemical storage vessels provide a true alternative to glass fibre reinforced and traditional lined metal vessels for the storage and processing of corrosive solutions.

Chem Resist Europe has the in-house capability of producing the world's largest corrosion resistant all-thermoplastic spiral-wound vertical cylindrical chemical storage vessels.

Manufactured in polypropylene and high density polyethylene with diameters up to 4m, and capacities up to 100m3, Chem Resist all-thermoplastic chemical storage vessels provide a true alternative to glass fibre reinforced (GRP) and traditional lined metal vessels for the storage and processing of corrosive solutions.

The vessels are designed to the standard EN12573:2000 adopted across the European Community, which now offers engineers the ability to specify construction to a pan-European standard.

Production in the UK and Czech Republic allows Chem Resist to offer a consistent supply to customer's plants in the UK and continental Europe.
