Check valve will seal in any position

A Chem Resist Group product story

Plast-O-Matic one-way nonreturn check valves are bubble tight without balls or springs.

Available from Chem Resist, Plast-O-Matic one-way nonreturn check valves are bubble tight without balls or springs.

The patented Plast-O-Matic check valve reseats with a bubble tight seal regardless of the valves mounting position or reverse flow conditions.

All ball-style check valves require gravity and reverse liquid pressure to reseal.

First, a ball check must be mounted with the flow direction upwards as gravity is used to seat the ball - a ball check valve cannot be mounted horizontally.

Secondly reverse pressure and flow must be present to provide the minimum amount of force seal the ball exactly on the seat without enough pressure the valve will leak.

If either of the above conditions is not met, a ball check valve will leak.

The Plast-O-Matic diaphragm check valve will seal in any position, whether or not flow is present.

Plast-O-Matic CKM check valves feature rugged thermoplastic construction with no metal parts.

As an assurance of quality, every single Plast-O-Matic check valve is individually tested under pressure prior to despatch.

Chem Resist has been the exclusive UK distributor for Plast-O-Matic for more than 15 years.

Chem Resist staff have a wealth of application experience, and the company hold large stocks of valves, service parts and spares.
