A new strategic alliance means that Chamois will provide support, service and a calibration facility for Ametek's primary M and G pressure standards.
A new strategic alliance has been formed between Chamois Metrology and Ametek Calibration Instruments.
Chamois will now provide support, service and a calibration facility for Ametek's primary M and G pressure standards.
Chamois engineers have undergone an extensive training programme at Ametek's Largo facility and are now fully qualified to support the M and G product range.
Operating out of its Warwickshire facility Chamois will hold stock of service parts for the floating ball type primary standards and the repair service will be underpinned by its highly regarded UKAS accredited laboratory.
Ian McPhie of Ametek Calibration Instruments commented "this new alliance will give our customers an excellent back up facility for both UKAS calibration and repair in the UK".
