Fuel cell distribution deal reached
Currently, IdaTech and Chloride are installing ElectraGen5 fuel cell systems in Europe at several corporate locations for backup power.
Its aim is to minimise energy consumption (kWh) in Europe by maximising the energy efficiency of UPS.
Signatories to the Code undertake to make every reasonable effort to achieve specified energy efficiency targets for new equipment.
They must also encourage engineers and operators to adopt energy-efficient practises and provide the European Commission with annual reports on the energy efficiency of the equipment covered by the Code of Conduct.
