New features and enhancements in this release include: new EDA support for several PCB design and electronics schematics formats including Cadence Orcad Capture, EDIF (V2, V3, V4) and PCAD (2000, 2001); 3D markup of parts and assemblies is now available in AutoVue SolidModel Pro for Java (AutoVue is the only server-based thin-client 2D/3D native visualisation and markup solution on the market today); new CAD format support for Autodesk Inventor (5.3), AutoCAD DWF (5.0, 5.5) and topological data support for DirectModel JT; and, in addition to Windows, AutoVue SolidModel for Java now supports Unix and Mac clients.

AutoVue provides native visualisation and markup of 200 document formats including: AutoCAD, MicroStation, HPGL, CATIA, Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Unigraphics, Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, IGES, STEP, MS Office, TIFF, PDF, Visio and many more.
AutoVue is available as a Windows desktop application as well as a server-based thin-client version.
AutoVue integrates with popular EDM/PDM/PLM/ERP and document management systems including Agile, Documentum, FileNET, Hummingbird, Lotus Notes/Domino, MatrixOne, Open Text, SmarTeam and Windchill.
