Causeway Technologies has licensed Cimmetry's AutoVue for Java technology for use with Causeway Collaboration, its ASP Project Extranet solution.
Causeway Technologies has licensed Cimmetry's AutoVue for Java technology for use with Causeway Collaboration, its ASP Project Extranet solution.
Causeway Collaboration enables design teams to effectively manage design and specification by using auditable document and information exchange to streamline procedures, highlight potential issues prior to their causing a problem, and provide automatic creation of project information archives.
This ensures that the project team focuses on important details while maintaining a view of the bigger picture.
Cimmetry's AutoVue technology allows users to access over 200 different 2D/3D CAD, EDA and office formats without requiring the authoring applications.
Users can open remote documents directly in their Web browsers, create markups or redlines and save these annotations back onto the server.
This allows for effective collaboration on construction projects without the need to purchase expensive licenses of multiple design, engineering, and office applications.
