Hummingbird joins the AutoVue clan

Cimmetry Systems, developer of Viewing, Markup and Collaboration solutions, announces the integration of their flagship product, AutoVue with PTC's Windchill system.
Cimmetry's out-of-the-box integration, which seamlessly merges AutoVue with Hummingbird DM, allows users to view, markup, compare and collaborate on documents, regardless of format, without leaving their familiar environment and without requiring the authoring applications.
AutoVue's printing functionality allows users to add attributes, pulled from "document business objects", as headers, footers or watermarks.
"Hummingbird DM users, from across the enterprise and throughout the supply chain, now have a sophisticated best-in-class viewing and markup solution tailored to their needs", said Andrew Pery, Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President, Hummingbird.

Cimmetry's AutoVue leverages corporate knowledge, when providing collaborative document review processes, engineering and architectural project management, maintenance reviews, and product lifecycle management in discrete manufacturing.
Formats supported include: AutoCAD, MicroStation, Catia, UG, Pro/E, SolidWorks, Mentor, Cadence, MS Office, PDF, TIFF, etc.
All AutoVue products are available as Windows desktop or thin-client, server-based solutions.
