Cimmetry Systems and Shoptech have signed a new independent software vendor partnership that strengthens the companies' long-standing relationship.
Cimmetry Systems, an Agile Software company and global leader in collaborative visualisation solutions, and Shoptech, a leading software provider of shop management systems in North America, today announced a new independent software vendor (ISV) partnership that strengthens the companies' long-standing relationship.
Cimmetry's AutoVue, Desktop Edition products, will be sold as part of the Shoptech E2 Shop System.
By doing so, Cimmetry and Shoptech deliver CAD data visualisation and markup to every shop floor workstation, enabling a digital method of accessing and communicating information throughout the manufacturing process.
Users can instantly and reliably view and annotate any supported document type, including 2D CAD drawings and Office documents, without undergoing costly and error-prone conversions or purchasing expensive engineering software applications.
