A CIProcess product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jul 5, 2007

RJT Unions are the most widely specified fitting in the dairy, food, brewery, biopharma and other processing industries.

CIProcess has released stainless steel RJT Union spanners, designed to tighten RJT Union Hexagon nuts .

Developed in co-ordination with major clients, the spanners offer a stainless steel solution for tools in a hygienic environment.

RJT Unions are the most widely specified fitting in the dairy, food, brewery, biopharma and other processing industries.

The CIProcess stainless RJT spanners replace the traditional aluminium or steel spanners with a hygienic metal version which prevents rusting or material cross contamination.

The new range of spanners are lightweight and robust for ease of use and offer longevity by being chemically resistant and rustproof.

Manufactured in bulk, the spanners offer a much greater lifespan than spanners manufactured from traditional materials.

Spanners designed to suit the nuts of IDF, SRJT and Bevel Seat Unions are also in development.

Stainless Steel RJT Union spanners are part of CIProcess' extensive range of innovative cleaning and processing equipment including CIP/COP systems, laser cleaning equipment, innovative blast cleaning systems and skids.
