Enhanced safety on the GO Series HPR-2 heated adjustable vaporising pressure regulators enable these new units to boast a T3 rating with 150W of power.

Enhanced safety through a thermal cut-out heater cartridge and proportional controller option on the GO Series HPR-2 heated adjustable vaporising pressure regulators enable these new units to boast a T3 rating with 150W of power.

Offered in steam as well as Division 1 electrically heated models, they are designed to heat samples entering instrumentation systems and to preheat liquids to prevent condensation of gases or vaporise liquids prior to gas analysis.

Modular design comprises a heat exchanger section, with a 'unique' spiral-wrap element having up to 100in2 of heat transfer area through which all sample flow must pass, and a pressure control section providing excellent outlet pressure stability.

Operating temperatures are up to 285C steam heated and 196C electrically heated with heating capacity ranges of 40, 50, 100 and 150W.

Inlet pressures are up to 3600 psi and there are five output pressure ranges between 0-25 and 0-500 psig.

Cenelec and CSA approved, the unit's electrical components are secured in a Class A, B, C and D housing to ensure an adequate flame path between environment and controller.

Standard body materials are 316L stainless steel, Monel and Hastelloy C with a wide range of specials available.
