The GO HR-1 hydraulic pressure regulator now available from Circor Instrumentation controls pressures to 20,000 psig, with a universal range spring enabling a single configuration for all pressure ranges and piston-sensing operation claimed to give the highest accuracy and reliability at high pressures.

In-line servicing minimises system downtime and eliminates costly process shutdowns, and a special low adjusting torque design makes pressure setting considerably easier than normal.

A heavy-duty panel mounting collar simplifies panel installation and a segregated vent port allows hydraulic fluid to be captured and vented back to the desired storage location.

Ideal for all critical hydraulic industrial, offshore, component test/calibration and pressure boosting applications, the regulators' tungsten carbide poppet is highly resistant to erosion that is typical of high velocity hydraulic fluid applications.

Bodies are 316L stainless steel and O-rings are of Viton V709-90.

A wide range of port types is available.

Two versions are available, a manually controlled model offering a variety of set pressure options and a dome-loaded regulator with a dual dome piston design allowing remote control of these units with minimal dome pressures.

Flow coefficient is 0.06 Cv on the main valve and 0.08 Cv on the vent valve.

Temperature and pressure ratings are 20,000 psig maximum at up to 175F on the inlet.

On the outlet, the manual-load version has a range of nine settings from 250 to 20,000 psig and the dome-loaded models cover 250 to 20,000 psig with ration from 20:1 to 363:1, with 500 psig maximum dome pressure.
