Circle Seal Controls check valves with integral Hoke 'Gyrolok' end fittings give extended valve life and safety combined with economy while eliminating a possible system leak path

The full range of Circle Seal Controls check valves is now available from Circor Instrumentation with integral Hoke 'Gyrolok' end fittings, giving extended valve life and safety combined with economy while eliminating a possible system leak path.

Eight different series of check valves cover pressure duties from low 0-25 psig, through medium and large flow capacities to high 0-10,000 psig.

All models offer minimal flow restriction when open and positive leak-tight sealing, while a large choice of body and O-ring materials and connection sizes caters for many different applications, including demanding system requirements.

Sizes range from 1/8in to 2in end connections.

User safety under high pressure and vibration is assured by the fitting's controlled ferrule drive, which prevents over-stressing that causes tubing failure and possible injury, while also maximising flow to improve system efficiency.

Another exclusive feature is a butt seal ensuring leak integrity, increasing accuracy in sampling applications and reducing pump down-time in vacuum applications.

Sizing angle of the fitting minimises tube-sticking during disassembly to save time and costs, while a nut and ferrule safety changer gives safe and simple component replacement.

Silver-plated nut threads extend product life at extreme temperatures.
