GO DV-1 Series on/off diaphragm valves pack high value features giving a long, virtually 'leak-free' life in what is claimed to be the smallest footprint on the market.

GO DV-1 Series on/off diaphragm valves employ advanced manufacturing technology to pack high value features giving a long, virtually 'leak-free' life in what is claimed to be the smallest footprint on the market.

The exceptional cycle life in excess of 5 million cycles at 250lb/in2(g) has been achieved by a design that is totally free of springs, bellows, packing, O-rings and lubricants in the process wetted area.

Extended service life is further aided by the use of Elgiloy diaphragms providing the highest level of corrosion resistance.

An extremely low leak rate of better than 1 x 10e-9cm3/s (inboard) ensures containment of the process media, while metal-to-metal seals to atmosphere eliminate any adsorption of undesirable elements into the flow stream.

This is combined with a very small cavity volume of less than 0.01cm3 to help minimise dead volume.

Standard valve configurations include quarter-turn or multi-turn manual models and a range of air actuated versions having a wide working pressure range from vacuum to 3600lb/in2(g) with a burst pressure of 14,400lb/in2(g).

Various seat materials are offered for system chemical compatibility, including PCTFE, polyamide, Tefzel and Peek, and the choice of valve body materials includes brass, 316L stainless steel and Monel.

End connection size choices are 0.125in, 0.25in, 6mm and 8mm and in various combinations of Gyrolok, tube stub, NPT and BSP/ISO 7/1.
