Multiple backup O-rings in the new Hoke HQC quick couplers from Circor Instrumentation ensure leak-tight sealing in vacuum and pressurised systems.

Multiple backup O-rings in the new Hoke HQC quick couplers from Circor Instrumentation ensure leak-tight sealing in vacuum and pressurised systems, with additional robust features designed to provide high reliability at low cost, including positive valve stops that prevent flow checking in the body.

Teflon-bonded stainless locking "dogs" give a firm grip of the assembly body and locking mechanisms assure smooth sleeve alignment.

Hoke's Gyrolok nut and ferrule system provides leak-tight end connections, while guides align valves exactly to the coupling's valve seat to prevent the chance of leakage in a disconnected mode.

Offered in 316 stainless steel or brass from 6 to 12mm and available with keyed sleeves interchangeable with Swagelok and Parker components of the same style, the couplers meet ANSI B93.5 and ISO 7241-1/-2 requirements.

Body and plug assemblies are numbered and colour-coded for positive identification.

The couplers will only fit mating keyed components due to a mechanical interlocking system, preventing accidental mixing of fluid or pressure lines.
