Hoke liquid "Leak Detective" is a novel fluid for detecting leaks in pressurised gas systems.

Hoke liquid "Leak Detective" for detecting leaks in pressurised gas systems is now available from Circor Instrumentation in two types, one for regular temperature applications from -3 to +95C and a second for colder applications down to -55C.

Easily and cleanly locating fugitive emissions, it is compatible with oxygen in accordance with MIL-L-25567D and can also be used to verify leak-tight integrity safely on compressed air, helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, natural gas, acetylene and many other gas systems.

The standard 8oz squeeze bottle has a 12in tracer tube which is simply extended to squirt the solution at desired system points, with any leakage clearly indicated by foaming.

Also available in 1l or 5gal containers and 55gal drums, the fluid leaves virtually no residue and meets the requirements of ASME Section V for composition and purity.
