New quick couplers include multiple backup O-rings for leak-tight sealing in pressurised or vacuum systems and positive valve stops to prevent flow checking in the body.

Robust design features providing high reliability combined with low cost on the latest Hoke HQC quick couplers now available from Circor Instrumentation include multiple backup O-rings for leak-tight sealing in pressurised or vacuum systems and positive valve stops preventing flow checking in the body.

Offered in 316 stainless steel or brass from 6 to 12mm these instrumentation couplings also have Teflon-bonded stainless locking "dogs" giving a firm grip of the assembly body and locking mechanisms to ensure smooth sleeve alignment.

Hoke's Gyrolok nut and ferrule system provides leak-tight end connections, and guides align valves exactly to the coupling's valve seat to prevent the chance of leakage in a disconnected mode.

Keyed sleeves interchangeable with other major manufacturers' components of the same style are also available.

Units meet ANSI B93.5 and ISO7241-1/-2 requirements.

Body and plug assemblies are numbered and colour-coded for positive identification and accidental mixing of fluid or pressure lines is prevented by couplers only fitting mated keyed components.
