The latest e-learning innovations from Cadpo for the MCAD/PDM industry are authoring and publishing, delivered through the i.get.it e-learning portal.
These new tools enable companies to document and share information to a group of people via the Internet or by paper.
In addition, Cadpo has created a courseware certification programme to ensure successful implementation of this new authoring environment.

"The new i.get.it authoring module enables us to partner even closer with our customers to help them develop and deliver company-specific learning.
In addition, this new tool allows us to partner with other software technology and service providers to make i.get.it the one source for learning throughout the MCAD/PDM industry.
We see value in providing content for market leading applications both in the high-end and mid-range segments of the market.
We have formed strategic partnerships that enabled new content for two additional major MCAD applications to be published in i.get.it".
Cadpo has created accurate and technically correct courseware for the last decade.
These new modules of i.get.it take that experience and share it with the world.
The new authoring and publishing modules will help companies develop and distribute company-specific learning in the i.get.it environment, along with existing vendor-neutral solutions.
i.get.it continues to deliver measurable, customizable and accessible learning, now through three modules: authoring for complete company-specific courseware customization and creation, e-learning for learning path-focused courses and assessments, and publishing for distribution of courseware into multiple formats - paper, html and PowerPoint.
"These new i.get.it modules are a way of sharing the Cadpo way of learning with more people than we could possibly reach in the traditional classroom", explains Noe.
"That's why we've also developed a certification programme to assist our customers in courseware and assessment development.
When customers complete the certification programme, they understand Cadpo's courseware development methodology, best practices, and philosophy".
Cadpo mentors and teaches authoring customers how to outline a course and develop necessary writing skills.
An authoring mentor explains the learning style and the actual course development process.
The mentor also explains the tools needed for writing modules as well as creating images, animations and videos.
Once an individual is certified in Cadpo's authoring process, they can begin developing their own course, assessments and learning paths.
This is particularly advantageous for large companies who have a mix of best practices and documentation used for learning in the past.
