Cadpo has created accurate and technically correct courseware for the last decade.
These new modules of i.get.it take that experience and share it with the world.
The new authoring and publishing modules will help companies develop and distribute company-specific learning in the i.get.it environment, along with existing vendor-neutral solutions.
i.get.it continues to deliver measurable, customizable and accessible learning, now through three modules: authoring for complete company-specific courseware customization and creation, e-learning for learning path-focused courses and assessments, and publishing for distribution of courseware into multiple formats - paper, html and PowerPoint.
"These new i.get.it modules are a way of sharing the Cadpo way of learning with more people than we could possibly reach in the traditional classroom", explains Noe.
"That's why we've also developed a certification programme to assist our customers in courseware and assessment development.
When customers complete the certification programme, they understand Cadpo's courseware development methodology, best practices, and philosophy".
Cadpo mentors and teaches authoring customers how to outline a course and develop necessary writing skills.
An authoring mentor explains the learning style and the actual course development process.
The mentor also explains the tools needed for writing modules as well as creating images, animations and videos.
Once an individual is certified in Cadpo's authoring process, they can begin developing their own course, assessments and learning paths.
This is particularly advantageous for large companies who have a mix of best practices and documentation used for learning in the past.
