iKnowledge Solutions has released i.get.it Desktop, a personalised learning system for new and current i.get.it users.

i.get.it Desktop has been specifically developed to provide a choice for individuals who have limited access to the Internet without sacrificing many of the same personalised learning capabilities found in i.get.it, including learning paths, assessments, progress reports, bookmarks and personal notes.

According to Jerry Miller, Chief Technology Officer, iKS is responding to global market demands.

"Our PLM knowledge delivery system is the most comprehensive in the world, but in some emerging economies and in certain workplace environments, Internet access is limited".

"But now we can overcome this issue with i.get.it Desktop".

"Our new technology can be installed onto any desktop computer to get the best Catia, NX, TeamCenter, SolidWorks and Autodesk learning".

First customer shipment is slated for 1st June 2006.

All i.get.it Desktop learning packages will be available on CD-ROM.

Over the next 2-3 weeks iKS will be releasing detailed packaging and pricing information.
