iKnowledge Solutions announces the availability of Solid Edge Velocity Series training in i.get.it at PLM Europe in Frankfurt, Germany.

With the addition of Solid Edge Velocity Series, i.get.it now offers the most wide-ranging library of courses for the PLM and MCAD mid-range applications.

Commenting on this new development, Kevin Noe, President for iKS stated: "We are pleased to be first-to-market with online Solid Edge courses that feature our successful closed-loop learning methodology".

"But, equally important is our pricing strategy".

"Examining the PLM/MCAD market, we think the cost of implementing and deploying the software tools is too expensive".

"Ownership cost is very high with a purchase price of several thousand dollars and annual maintenance that can exceed 15% of the price".

"In addition the investment of education can be prohibitively expensive to fully deploy".

"As a result, most companies compromise their investment and miss opportunities to achieve greater innovation and improved quality products".

"For this reason we have taken a revolutionary approach to our pricing model by offering a $25 per individual annual subscription price without compromising the value of the training deliverable".

"Our goal is to make it cost effective for individuals and companies to become highly productive using the Velocity Series software".

"With this strategy everyone wins".

David Francis, i.get.it Content Manager for iKS states "Velocity Series i.get.it courses blend text, video and audio for the most effective instructional delivery".

"With over 500 videos and real-world parts/assemblies, each Velocity Series course is designed to rapidly teach Solid Edge and Teamcenter Express users from a design process point of view".

"In addition, the i.get.it Velocity Series will feature a comprehensive Skills Gap Analysis to help users quantify their skills and identify areas for improvement".

"We are pleased to offer over 100 hours of Solid Edge Velocity series education for the low price of $25".

Solid Edge Velocity Series training is available on an annual subscription basis for $25.

The $25 offer is only applicable to i.get.it Professional.
