Multifunction solenoid valves suitable for liquid, gaseous and steam media offer a variety of control options.

Connexion Developments has expanded its range of industrial solenoid valves to include a new range of multifunction valves suitable for the control of liquid, gaseous and steam media.

The valves are available in sizes from 1.5 to 14in.

Body materials are bronze, cast iron, ductile iron (epoxy coated) and stainless steel.

Body connections are BSP up to 3in and then PN16 from 2 to 14in PN16 or other flange.

The multifunction valve has a common central piston core which gives excellent flow rates and low differential pressures.

ATEX EExdIICT6 and EExmIICT4 solenoid valves from EN161 up to 400bar, manual reset and open closed limit switches.

The multifunction valve can be adapted to become: a solenoid valve (EExmIIT4 Hazardous Area option); a float valve; a pressure relief valve; a pressure reducing valve; a pressure sustaining valve; or a swing check valve.
