Animal feed freed from unnecessary delays
The UK's leading animal feed manufacturer is using motion-monitoring products from Castell to minimise the impact of routine maintenance on productivity.
Primarily, gaining greater control over global pricing enables the company to offer its products at a more competitive rate.
In addition, as sales staff are now employed directly by Castell, the quality of technical support has also improved.
Finally, by avoiding a third party and shipping directly to production facilities, transport costs and lead times have been significantly reduced.
Patrick Heinrichs is Castell's new representative in Germany.
Heinrichs joins from mechanical valve control equipment manufacturer Smith Flow Control, where he spent one year as a Sales Engineer.
He speaks German, English and Dutch fluently.
Referring to his new position, Heinrichs said: "Having previously worked in both Germany and Switzerland, I am looking forward to renewing my acquaintance with existing clients and forging links with new ones".
