The AutoSol Enterprise Server is an OPC/DDE server that communicates with different Scada and utility-metering devices in their native protocols.

Control Microsystems has formed a new partnership with AutoSol.

As part of the partnership, the AutoSol Enterprise Server (AES) will be offered with ClearScada 2007, the Scada automation management system designed for high-performance installations in oil and gas, water and wastewater and utility-based industries.

ClearScada 2007 combines an online object-oriented database; unique, multiuser development tools; a flexible data historian, an alarming and trending system; and an integrated module for electronic flow measurement (EFM).

The AutoSol Enterprise Server is an OPC/DDE server that communicates with different Scada and utility-metering devices in their native protocols, over a single or multiple telemetry circuits.

Eric Schwantler, ClearScada Product Director, Control Microsystems said "With AES onboard we can now easily interface with an expanded range of third-party software and hardware systems".

Enhanced Communications AutoSol Enterprise Server (AES) focuses on multiprotocol Scada and EFM communications in languages native to each device type, including Control Microsystems ScadaPack, Allen Bradley DF1 and Siemens 505.

ClearScada 2007 supports a wide range of open architecture standards and communication protocols, including OPC (DA, HAD, AandE, XML), OLE Automation, ODBC/SQL, HTTP, XML, DNP3, IEC60870-5-101 and IEC60870-5-104 Master, ScadaPack Modbus, Modbus and DFI.

The product also boasts a built-in EFM system that provides configuration and data-reading support for gas flow computer-equipped ScadaPack RTUs.

ClearScada 2007 is available in point sizes of 500, 1500, 5000, 25,000 and 50,000.

Custom configurations are available for larger systems.
