Sales Director of newly formed company is keen to establish and build upon existing partnerships with other anti-vibration material manufacturers.
CMS Vibration Solutions has appointed Paul Lafone as Sales Director of the newly formed company, which was formed out of the anti-vibrations division of CMS Acoustic Solutions at the start of 2006.
Lafone is keen to establish and build upon existing partnerships with other anti-vibration material manufacturers.
With many years' experience and technical knowledge in this specialist area, Lafone joins CMS from vibration and shock control firm Fabreeka.
Lafone said: "I am delighted to be joining CMS Vibration Solutions, and to be taking the company forward in this specialist market".
"CMS already has extensive knowledge and expertise of anti-vibration, and I hope to build upon its success".
"To complement the existing range of CMS manufactured and Regupol products, I will be looking to develop new relationships with other manufacturers of anti-vibration products, which in turn will help the company increase its presence in the anti-vibration market".
CMS Managing Director, Lee Hackett, said: "The requirement for anti-vibration products is increasing, and with Lafone's background and extensive knowledge of the industry, we feel sure he will help to position CMS Vibrations as a major player in this field".
CMS Vibrations supplies anti-vibration products including those made by CMS as well as the high performance Regupol range.
Supplies for both CMS Vibrations and CMS Acoustics are distributed from the group's distribution centre in Warrington, where clients nationwide are already benefiting from the option of immediate dispatch.
Plans are underway to open an additional distribution centre at CMS' Colchester site later in the year.
